A Windows 32-bit utility to automatically shutdown your system.
An icon resides in the system tray for ease of use.
You may set up this utility to shutdown after a period of
inactivity or at a specified time each day.

====================================================

To Run:

Double-click on the autoshut.exe file. This will install an icon
to your Windows system tray. This program must be run each time
your system starts. You can do this by placing a shortcut to the
AutoShut.exe file in the \WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
folder.

Click on the tray icon for AutoShutdown to configure the program.
AutoShutdown can shut down your system after a period of inactivity
(no mouse or keyboard input detected) or at a specific time each
day of the week.

NOTE: You need to have a PC with auto-power shutdown ability
to avoid seeing the "You may shutdown your system..." message
in Windows.
