(support diapason of addresses, like 193.15.1.1 - 193.15.3.255)
 - ping a remote hosts over the network (support diapason of addresses)
 - trace the route to a remote host over the network
 - look up a domain names according to its IP address or an IP address
   from its domain name
 - finger one or more users at a remote host
 - obtain information on names from the Network Information Center
 - Get Time from Time Servers (and synchronize with local clock)

   Scanner
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
scan all hostnames under diapason of addresses (use GetHostByName (from DNS)
(support diapason of addresses, like 193.15.1.1 - 193.15.3.255)
  search hostnames in DNS

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Scan Ports
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  scan host services
(support diapason of addresses, like 193.15.1.1 - 193.15.3.255)
  ᯨ᮪ ⮢    Options->Ports
  (can show remote host messages)

  What is a port?
The abstraction that transport protocols use to distinguish among
multiple destinations within a given host computer. TCP/IP protocols
identify ports using small positive integers.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Ping
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
ping a remote hosts over the network (support diapason of addresses)

  What is a Ping?
(Packet InterNet Groper) The name of a network diagnostic tool used with
TCP/IP internets to test reachability of destinations by sending them an
ICMP echo request and waiting for a reply. The term is now used like a
verb as in, "please ping host A to see if it is alive."

  What is a packet?
The unit of data sent across a packet switching network.

  What is a RTT?
(Round Trip Time) A measure of delay between two hosts. The round trip
time consists of the total time taken for a single packet or datagram to
leave one machine, reach the other, and return.

  What is a TTL?
(Time To Live) A technique used in best-effort delivery systems to avoid
endlessly looping packets. For example, each IP datagram is assigned an
integer time to live when it is created. IP gateways decrement the time
to live field when they process a datagram and discard the datagram if
the time to live counter reaches zero.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Trace
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
trace the route to a remote host over the network

  What is a Trace?
The name of a network diagnostic tool that reports the list of gateways
between the source and a particular destination.

  What is a Hop?
A measure of distance between two points in an internet. A hop count of n
means that n gateways separate the source and destination.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   WhoIs
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
obtain information on names from the Network Information Center

  What is a Whois?
The name of a network information tool that provides information about
who owns an Internet host or domain and who you can contact regarding
that host or domain. A Whois request displays a contact name, mailing
address, telephone number, and network mailbox for all users and
organizations who are registered with one of the official Whois servers,
such as the Network Information Center (NIC) database.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Finger
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
finger one or more users at a remote host

  What is a Finger?
The name of a network information tool that lets you identify and display
information about all users on a network host. This information includes
a display of current users on the host (their userids and usernames).
Also displayed for each user are the home directory, login time, idle
times, office location, last time they received mail, and last time they
read mail. A Finger request will also display any information contained
in the .plan or the .project file in the user's home directory.

  What is a query syntax?
It is user@host.domain for receiving information about a single user or
host.domain for receiving information about an entire host.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   LookUp
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
look up a domain names according to its IP address or an IP address from its
  domain name

  What is a Lookup?
The name of a network information tool that returns the official host
name, IP address and alias (if it exist) from the DNS. DNS is the on-line
distributed database system used to map human-readable machine names into
    IP addresses.

  What is an alias?
An alternate name of the host.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Get Time
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Get Time from Time Servers (and synchronize with local clock)

programm can syncronize time with time servers in auto mode
if You run programm with parameters :
  > ip_tools.exe /SetTime TryCount Host1 [Host2 [Host3 [...]]
  where :
    TryCount - ᫮ ⮪ ᮥ 㪠묨 ࢥࠬ (0..255)

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   IP Monitor
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
IP-Monitor show in real time graphics for TCP,UDP,ICMP In,Out,Error packets

  TCP In
The total number of segments received, including those received in error.
This count includes segments received on currently established connections.

  TCP Out
The total number of segments sent, including those on current connections
but excluding those containing only retransmitted octets.

  UDP In
The total number of UDP datagrams delivered to UDP users.

  UDP Out
The total number of UDP datagrams sent from this entity.

  UDP Error
The total number of received UDP datagrams for which there was no
    application at the destination port.
  +
The number of received UDP datagrams that could not be delivered for
reasons other than the lack of an application at the destination port.

  ICMP In
The total number of ICMP messages which the entity received.
Note that this counter includes all those counted by icmpInErrors.

  ICMP Out
The total number of ICMP messages which this entity attempted to send.
Note that this counter includes all those counted by icmpOutErrors.

  ICMP Error
The number of ICMP messages which the entity received but determined as
having errors (bad ICMP checksums, bad length, etc.).
  +
The number of ICMP messages which this entity did not send due to
problems discovered within ICMP such as a lack of buffers. This value
should not include errors discovered outside the ICMP layer such as the
inability of IP to route the resultant datagram. In some
implementations there may be no types of error which contribute to this
    counter's value.
