Important! If you've got RTM not from my web page, but from
the other source (magazine CD or some software library), please
visit my home page - you'll probably find the later version.

To correctly install (and uninstall) RTM you MUST have an administrative
privileges.

To install RTM, just run the "rtm.exe" and follow the
instructions. You'll need to select the target directory to install.

The RTM Service MUST works under system account and flag
"Interact with Desktop" MUST be checked! To check it - run "Services"
Control Panel applet.

If you wish to install only RTM Service and without an user intervention
you have to launch RTM setup with the /s parameter. The idea here is to
provide an install that can be used with a batch file.

The event-logging service must be started if you are going to use the RTM
Event Manager. The event-logging service starts automatically when you run
Windows NT.
