WARNING: The instructions below should be printed and reviewed with
your Notes Administrator prior to installing the databases.

The 5 Steps to the Setup Process
===================================================
1.  Unzip the database files.
2. Add the database icons to your Lotus WorkSpace.
3. Replicate the files to your company's server.
4. Edit the Access Control Lists.
5.  Customize the "Definitions.nsf" database.

1.  Unzip the database files.
===================================================
The first step in the installation process is to unzip the executable
file that was provided to you by ISO Solutions. Double-click on the
file (example: "Suite3.exe"). Your Winzip program will prompt you to
extract the file. Unzip the file to the "c:\notes\data" folder by
clicking the "Unzip" button. After the files have been unzipped
successfully, close the Winzip Self-Extractor.

2. Add the database icons to your Lotus WorkSpace.
===================================================
After you have completed step one, you'll need to add the databases to
your local Lotus Notes WorkSpace. From the Lotus Notes menu, select
File\Database\Open (or right-click and select "Open Database"). On your
local server, select the database you want to add from the list and
click "Open" (you'll need to do this for each database). When the "About
this database" documents open, print them. You'll need them to help set up
the Access Control Lists in step 4.

Once all of the database icons have been added to your WorkSpace, you need
to make yourself the Manager of each of the databases. To do this, right-
click on the database icon and select "Access Control". Click "Add" and
select your name from the Address Book. Once your name appears in the ACL,
select it and change the User Type from Unspecified to Person. Verify that
"Delete Documents" and all of the roles have check marks beside them.

Click "Ok" because now you're ready to replicate the databases to your
company's server.

3. Replicate the files to your company's server.
===================================================
In step one, you unzipped the database files to your local computer. In
step two, you added the icons to your WorkSpace. Now, in order for the
databases to work properly, you'll need to replicate these files to your
company's lotus domino server. However, you may not have been given
access to create databases on your company's server. You'll need to check
with your Notes Administrator if you're unable to create replica databases
on your server.

To replicate the databases, you'll need to do the following for each
database:
	- Click once on the database icon (to select it).
	- From the Lotus Notes menu, select File\Replication\New Replica.
	- Select your company's lotus domino server from the server list
	  and click "Ok".

Another icon will be added to your WorkSpace for each database. Once you've
created a replica for each database, go the the Replicator tab on your Lotus
Notes WorkSpace and click the Start button at the top of the replicator page.

4. Edit the Access Control Lists.
===================================================
Now that the databases reside on your company's Lotus server (and you are
listed as the Manager on all databases), you need to add the names of the
other employees that will have special access to the databases. Follow the
instructions in the "About" documents that you printed in step two (these
documents can be viewed by opening the database and selecting Help\About
this Database). Don't forget to assign the applicable roles for each
person you add to the ACL (roles control what parts of the database the
users have access to).

5.  Customize the "Definitions.nsf" database.
===================================================
The "Definition.nsf" database is provided with any ISO Solutions Quality
Management database purchased. This database allows you to totally
customize the other databases. Open the "Definitions" database and enter the
information specific to your company (department names, branch locations,
terminology, logo, etc). Some sample data has been provided.

When you make changes to the "Definitions" database, the keywords fields in
all the other databases are updated with the new selections you've entered.
