Guide to Using SafeHouse

SDWMAP.EXE and SDWMAP32.EXE

Icons: Map SafeHouse Volume and UnMap SafeHouse Volume

This utility supports a variety of command-line options which allow you to specify some or all input fields in advance. Information supplied on the command line will be stuffed into the wizard input fields before being presented to the user.

If you are running Windows 95 or NT, you should use the SDWMAP32.EXE program instead of SDWMAP.EXE. Both programs perform identically; however, one interfaces with the 32-bit drivers and the other interfaces with the 16-bit driver. If for some reason you are using the 16-bit SAFEDISK.SYS driver under Windows 95, then you must use SDWMAP.EXE to map and unmap your volumes.

Optional command line parameters:

  • /SOUND
  • /SILENT
  • /GO
  • /Password
  • /Map
  • /Unmap
  • /Drive
  • /Filelocking
