The start button lets you choose 4 starting features.
ADD CURRENT COLORS will add the color that are set in the Color button to the Body tag.
ADD CURRENT COLORS/SET 0 MARGINS will add the color that are set in the Color button and set the page margin to begin at the top left hand corner of the page to the Body tag.
SET 0 MARGINS will set the page margin to begin at the top left hand corner of the page to the Body tag.
NO COLORS/MARGINS will only set the basic starting tags with title text.
