• Window Files List. Here all read files are included.
• Window Compare Errors List. Here all files, at comparison of which mistakes were found, are included. 

• Headers Comparison. Reads all files and subdirectories placed in selected directories. (Reading happensrecursively, i.e. all files and subdirectories in readed subdirectories). Thus happens preliminary comparison (confirmity of lengths, attributes, dates and times of files and directories creation).
• Binary Comparison. Happens bite by bite comparison presumably corresponding files (i.e. files which have the same names and lengths).

All read files placed in window Files List that looks like a tree. All files and directories in which on first and second stage of comparison differences were found, placed in window Compare Errors List, thus in this window also noticed tree structure.

To all files and directories situated in windows Files List and Compare Errors List pictograms are compared, that show mistakes founded during comparison.
