History
--------------------
1.0 - Made some cosmetic adjustements, and
               fixed a few minor items.

0.4 [Beta 4] - Duh, i fixed the same problem with long
file names with spaces in the Encoding
Section (identical to the problem in
 	       Beta 3 for decoding).
             - You know this is a pathetic number of
betas for a program that only took me 1
	       day to write. Blah.
0.3 [Beta 3] - Fixed Problems With Long File Names
               in the decoding process.
             - Resync If Lost Check Box Checked by Default.
0.2 [Beta 2] - Fixed error with 16-bit paths.
             - Fixed error with crashing on exit after encoding.
0.1 [Beta 1] - Initial Release (only released to 1 person).
