The SpecPrint processor should now be used to print database specifications.
Move the "InitFiles\*.dot" files to "Winword\template" prior to the first run
of SpecPrint.

The AIS Administrator processor can only be run by a user who has an entry
in the sm_user database table.

          Code List - Description Page
Modified the first code list to have 64 characters in each of the
five Description Pages. Added another code list. When moving to
Description Pages 2 - 5, the first description is also displayed in
the last code value's description. After adding another in the
middle of the list, noted that it inherited the same problem.

          Code List window problems:
          1) After Query is selected, an associated list icon appears at the
end of the Code List Description field. This list is always blank.
          2) Entirely blank code lists can be added.
          3) The Code List Description cannot be modified, even though that is
where your cursor is placed when Modify Code List is selected,
UNLESS the Code List is attached with the Attach Code List button.
If it is NOT attached, and the operator modifies it and selects
Apply, a message is received: "No code list attached to this
attribute name", and no change is made.
          4) The Code List value field allows input of more than 20
characters. The entry is truncated to 20 characters when Apply
is selected. Also, the Code List Description field allows input
of more than 64 characters. The entry is truncated to 64 characters
when Apply is selected. No warning or error messages received.
          5) Able to select Modify Code List and Apply; message states "Code
list modified", though is wasn't. Also true for Modify button under
          row editing.
          6) A Code List query returns a query set that seems to have no
order. For consistency's sake, it would be correct to order the
list by Code List Description (sm_code.code_desc).

          User Interface problems--
          1) All windows are always active, but the only valid actions are on
the most recently brought up window. Returning to a previous window
by a means other than exiting the sub-window(s) can lead to
unpredicatable results. For example, if the Feature Information
window has just been brought up, the operator should not be allowed
to return to the Main window without first exiting the Feature
          Information window.
          2) The Apply gadget is always active when a form is first entered,
even though no valid Apply action exists. This allows the operator
to select the Apply button, with unknown results.
--In both of these cases, the point is to prevent the operator
          from performing invalid operations.

Notes : Would require total rework of SPECMAN forms (MM/CP - 9/8/97).
