Description

Loan Master is a general accounting program with a specific focus on
loan assessment and management. Unlike many traditional accounting
programs, Loan Master is designed with a very flexible structure and very
little restrictions so that forecasts and simulations can be done easily
in addition to normal bookkeeping tasks.

  It is capable to:
<> Manage general bank accounts <> Manage loan accounts
<> Analyse cashflow <> Determine the best way to cut debts
<> Make budgets <> Estimate return of investment on
<> Assess loan arrangements property etc.
    <> Do many more tasks

Analysing what has happened is one of the most important process in finance
management, though, to prevent making unnecessary payments is much more
important. Loan Master is an integrated tool set to help you to make best
decisions on your finance through simulation of possible future
transactions and analysis of past transactions.

If you are still paying loans, and the loans have never been audited by an
independent specialist or checked with a program like Loan Master, it is
very likely you are paying excessive interests. 20% to 50%, or even more
of interest could be avoided in many cases. Don't ever expect your bank
manager to point it out the best strategy to save interest. After all,
they are in the business to make profit from the interest.

The rich features of Loan Master have made so many puzzles around loans
become a past. Answers to questions, such as what will happen if I shift
payment dates few days earlier, would I be better off to refinance even
after a heavy penalty, will a high interest rate revolving credit loan
save interest for me, and should I consider a split loan and what is the
best way to split, can be obtained easily. With Loan Master, you don't
have to be an accountant or a mathematician to save your hard-earn money
  on loan interest.

Loan Master is capable to do many loan related tasks beyond what many
traditional accounting programs can do. To Loan Master the focal centre
is finding what you can do in the future to save interest, rather than
  just recording what has happened.
