LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please feel free to make an exact copy of the non-registered version
of DNTools and pass it along to a friend.

Registered version - One registered copy of DNTools may be used by
a single person on one or more computers owned by said person.

Copyright - DNTools, and all related materials are owned by Brent Seeley
and are protected by United States copyright laws and international
treaty provisions. You must therefore treat the DNTools as you would
any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).

Restrictions - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
DNTools and related materials, except to the extent that the preceding
restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.  Permission is
granted to make copies of the software and documentation contained in
the non-registered version of DNTools for the limited purpose of evaluating
the software for possible purchase, provided that no changes or deletions
are made to any copyright notices, or other proprietary language or
statements. No permission is granted to include or incorporate the
software or documentation in any other work or to create derivative works
based thereon.  All other rights are reserved to Brent Seeley.

DNTools AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED AND SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABLITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF
THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH THE
RECIPIENT.  THERE IS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT DAMAGES - TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRENT SEELEY BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO
USE DNTools, EVEN IF BRENT SEELEY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with
the laws of the State of Utah.
