Two methods are acceptable:

FTP
e-mail

Uploads should be stored in DSP home host, in the special directory created for it. It is still called delphi, but don't worry - I accept also C++Builder stuff.

If your transfer fails, please do upload again with different name eg

my_file.zip ( failed )
my_file.use_this.zip ( second try )

I accept files attached to e-mail in following ways:
MIME
UUE

Please DO NOT use unique, non standard attachments ( as M$ ms-tnef is ).
All files, even text description and *.inf file should be attached ( not pasted ) to your mail - otherwise I'll lost them in all my mails.
