There are two new DSP mirrors:

in Australia ( replacing both non-operating mirrors )
in China

Check on mirrors page for details.
DSP mirror at WalnutCreek was moved from http to ftp server which may cause some problems to operate ( there is a user limit )

If you have JBuilder or C++Builder 3.0 files please do upload them to DSP anyway, using plain text descriptions, but try to add ALL information I need to add your file to DSP.
