INSTALLATION:

   1. Copy all files to your FS5.1 \PANELS directory
   2. Move A3XX.STN to your FS5.1 \PILOTS directory
   3. Change to the \PANELS directory and start A3xx.BAT

This file activates the panel set. Running A3xx.BAT again will restore
   your previous panels.

If you want to remove this panel set from your system, uninstall it and
delete all A3xx*.* and *.a3x files in your \PANELS directory
   (don't forget A3xx.STN in your \PILOTS directory).

******************************************************************************

INSTRUCTIONS:

Load the provided A3xx.STN situation to position panel and
   overhead panel automatically.

You can turn the overhead panel off by selecting the OFF
option for PANEL 2 in the INSTRUMENT PANEL OPTIONS.

Pressing TAB toggles between radio and engine pages.
Pressing SHIFT/TAB toggles between NAV1 and NAV2 display.

INSTRUMENTS:

New Airbus cockpits are also known as glass cockpits. This name
derives from the fact that all traditional mechanical instruments have
been replaced by modern computers and monitors. Only a small
set of mechanical backup instruments remain in real Airbus
cockpits between the new computer displays.

The displays of this FS5 A3xx panel have the following funtions:

Primary flight display (monitor on the left):
On this monitor the primary flight instruments are displayed.

Airspeed Indicator, displaying the indicated airspeed in mach/knots.
Altimeter, displaying the altitude in relation to the selected QNH
      and the outside temperature.
Heading Indicator, showing the actual heading and back course (BC)
      of the aircraft.
Attitude Indicator, the electronic "artificial horizon".

Navigational display (monitor in the middle):
This monitor displays the two nav instruments (one at a time) and the
   digital ADV.

NAV1, displaying localiser, glide slope and DME of NAV1.
NAV2, displaying localiser and DME of the NAV2 frequency.
ADV, displaying the bearing in degrees to the station.
Example: If the aircraft's heading is 360 degrees and the
ADF display shows 180, then the station is directly behind the
aircraft. If the ADF reads 270, the station would be directly left
of the aircraft -> Heading to the station = heading + bearing.

Additional display (monitor on the right):

This additional monitor displays the engine instruments, fuel status,
com and nav frequencies, speed brake, gear status, flaps and a clock.

   Autopilot:

The autopilot is situated over the additional display. Please refer
to the Flightshop Manual for instructions.

You can fly all 2 to 4 engine FS5 jets with this panel set, I hope this
panel helps to create the "as real as it gets" feeling when flying
the big Airliners....
