Sound drivers have been installed and configured with Window's Control Panel.
The software requires the web browsers Internet Explorer (Version3.0 or later) or Netscape Navigator(Version2.0 or later).
The supported sampling rate of wav files is 11025, 22050 and 44100 samples per second and monophonic or stereo only. Data bits per sample is 8 or 16.
The conversion needs about 3 seconds per second of WAV file by a computer described below. Specification of the computer CPU : Pentium 166MHz, Memory : 81Mbytes
The recording time of a wav file must be as following.
| Before registration | Longer than 0.55 seconds, and less than 4 seconds. |
| After registration | Longer than 0.55 seconds, and less than 3 minutes. |
