+++ Normal Shot:	Hold (F), let go.

+++ Rapid Fire:	Tap (F) + (S), i.e. tap both at the same time.
			Hold (F) + (S) for a stream of missiles.

+++  Sheilds:		Hold (S),

Maintain Sheilds:	Hold (S), and without letting go, Hold (F).

Note, if you let go of (F) first after maintaining sheilds, the sheilds
will increase once more, and you can then let go of (S) to resume normal
operation (think of using (F) as a pause button on the sheild level).

However, if you let go of (S) first after maintaining sheilds, you begin
			a powered shot...

+++ Powered Shots:	Hold (S), let go, and before sheilds have drained, Hold (F), then let go.

+++ Special Shots:	Hold (S), let go, and before sheilds have drained, Hold (F), then tap
			(F)+(S).

Whilst this method of launching a special seems clumsy to begin with, you
may want to note that it boils down to a three step process:

			1. Hold (S) to generate a sheild charge,
			2. Switch from holding (S) to holding (F) to determine velocity, letting
go of (S) as you do so,
			3. As soon as the velocity is where you want it, press (S) again,
			    without letting go of (F).

In beat 'em notation, this would appear as:

				H(S), H(F)... +(S). or something like that.

It really isn't that hard to do. Honest.
