Upgrading a Previous Version of Lotto39
=======================================

The best way to upgrade a previous version of Lotto39 is to unistall the
previous version first. Do this as follows: Click on Start, Settings and
Control Panel. Double click on Add/Remove Programs. Scroll through the list
until you find Lotto39. Select Lotto39 and press Add/Remove. Once the
previous version is uninstalled, run the setup program of the new version.

Known Problems
==============

Although Lotto39 runs on Windows 95, it will not run on early versions of
Windows 95 unless it has Internet Explorer 3 installed or any other Microsoft
application that installs an updated version of "Comctl32.dll". If you have
an older version of Windows 95, you will receive a error message as you try
and run Lotto39. Later versions of Windows 95 and Windows NT 4 do not have
this problem. The easiest way of solving this problem is to install Internet
Explorer 3 or later.
