Edited by the Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress, the multidisciplinary Handbook alternates annually between the social sciences and the humanities. Program sponsored by the Department of the Army.
- POW/MIA and Task Force Russia Databases
- This database has been established to assist researchers interested in investigating the U.S. Government documents pertaining to U.S. military personnel killed, missing, or imprisoned in Southeast Asia during or after the conclusion of American involvement in the Vietnam Conflict. The title of this collection is "Correlated and Uncorrelated Information Relating to Missing Americans in Southeast Asia." The Federal Research Division also maintains the documents from Task Force Russia, the attempt to locate Americans thought to have been held in the former Soviet Union.
