0 What soundcard do you recommend?

We recommend a Soundcard with high quality D/A.We are using Ensoniq audio PCI.

1 Unreal Player won't run!

Set Display setting to High Color. Have panels in panel directory. If these does not fix the problem, please contact our tech support.

2 Runs slow.....

Please click /  to hide window from panel. And moving mp3 file to SCSI drive may be helpful. We recommend the processors with MMX technology for this software.

3 How can i uninstall it?

Delete the whole unreal player directory.Current version of Unreal Player doesn't use registry to store information.

4 Can I set a link to Unreal Player?

Of cource. Please link to this page because it will not move for a while.

5 Some MOD cannot be played...

There are many trackers which uses the same .mod extension. And we cannot support all of them. Use the tracker that the composer used to track the module. And compressed IT and filtered IT are not supported at present.

6 Sounds break off

It may occur when sufficient time is not assigned to the player thread. It's a problem specific to Windows95 or simgle processor system. But you can improve it by : 

7 "panel bitmap was not found."

I think you used zip utility which doesn't support long filename or directory. Please use zip utilities which support them. WinZip can do it for you. You can find other softwares @ TUCOWS.

8 Some mp3 cannot be played.

Please let me know you've encountered this problems.

9 Nothing shows up inside the rectangular black box on the panel.

Perhaps your display setting is 256 color. Unreal Player won't work with it. Please switch to highcolor or truecolor if possible.
