                 - Add Current PFM from PFM Editor to New Bank
                 - Double click in Bank Compiler will send as current ("Listen")
- when leaving notes "on hold" on mouse-keyboard, they will be
replayed when sending a current PFM. That's a convenient way
to browse Random-generated sounds or sounds in Bank Compiler
- Bugfix of unnecessary retrying when receiving performances

V1.21

- Rightclick on Display to choose Performances
- additional options in the Settings Dialog

V1.01
-----
Minor bugfixes, slight changes of interface.
- opening of bad midi-ports now does not cause an exit of the program
- Control Panel shrunk a bit. It will continously shrink to
be one day a toolbar at the top of the screen.
- An added zero-byte to the saved .syx-files caused Cakewalk
not to load the files. Fixed
- It's now possible to choose a performance in the Control Panel
  by directly entering the number.
- Payment changed: Registration now is taken care of the service
Share-It!. It accepts Creditcards and offers on-line registration.
- Midi-Keyboard: Rightclick and dragging up changes Modulation. It
is now possible to change the transmit channel of the keyboard.
The settings of the keyboard are now stored in the ini-file.

V1.00
-----
Compared to beta 2:
- rewrote the functions to receive Sys-Ex dumps. Now they are
  'error-tolerant'.
- rewrote the initialisation functions to prevent a GPF, which
occured at Nick's machine. I hope it was worth it...
- included registration and time lock 15 hours :-(
- Hot-Keys to display the different windows
- Delay-pop-up window for Vari Effect to set values
  appropriate to tempo of arpeggiator
- on wide request: Master-volume value display
- minor bug-fixes
