Behind the history
---
The main idea of Dictionary for Windows was the creating of the program with long
life-time, which was based on the following principles:

- most handy interface with simplest menu
- type-time and quick access to databases (without necessity to press "Enter")
- distribute the program in one executable file without placing any additional
files in system and other directories and changing of ODBC/BDE settings
- simple way of program registration with not very expensive cost (20 US$ now)
- "pay-one" principle with simple future upgrades for register users
- availability of the shareware version on the largest software servers:
  www.winSite.com, www.shareware.com as well as CD-ROM providers
