How to use RTSDuplex
=====================
To use RTSDuplex start Acrobat Reader/Exchange.
RTSDuplex adds one button to the Acrobat Reader/Exchange Toolbar [both natively
and when displayed in a web-browser]. The button is as follows:

1. The "Print" button
Pops up the RTSDuplex dialog box and will allow you to print odd, even and
double-sided copies.

To print using RTSDuplex click the "print" icon.

2. The RTSDuplex dialog box will popup.

3. You can now select from a number of RTSDuplex options.
* Normal
* Odd Pages only
* Even Pages only
* Duplex

Normal (single-sided)

- Normal mode prints the page range selected by the user
  (All, or Pages from x to y) in single sided mode. This is default mode.
- Odd pages only
  When the "Odd pages only" radio button is selected, RTSDuplex will print all
  odd pages in the selected page range to the selected printer. For example,
  If you were working on a 10 page document and chose "Odd pages only", then
  pages 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 would only be printed.
- Even pages only
  The "Even pages only" button performs the same functionality as the "Odd pages only"
  but with even page numbers.

Duplex
The "Duplex" button provides a step-by-step approach for users to print double-sided pages.

The first step in using the "Duplex" feature is to select the "Duplex" button.
This enables the duplex options dialog box to be enabled.

The second step is to select the order in which pages print out on your printer.
This is important for RTSDuplex to correctly match the front and back of the pages.

The two options that can be selected are;
* Last to First (1, 2, 3 , ... )
* First to Last (..., 3, 2, 1)

When you collect a printed document from your printer, are the pages correctly ordered?
* If they are then you should select "First to Last".
* If the pages are in reverse order then you should select the "Last to First" option.

Click OK when you are ready to print. The RTSDuplex printing progress dialog will appear.

The duplex features prints your document in two passes.

The first pass
--------------
In the first pass all of the odd pages are printed. You are then prompted to
turn the paper over.

The second pass
---------------
In the second pass the even pages are printed. If your printer prints "First to Last"
then the second pass is printed in reverse order. This ensures that the pages correctly match up.

(If the first page of your selected print page range is even, then the even pages are printed followed by odds).

n.b You can break your print job down into batches by checking the "Batches" checkbox.
You must also enter the number of pages per batch.

Your print job will be printed X pages at a time. This feature allows you tight
control over the printing process. At the end of every batch you will be prompted to
press "OK" to start the next batch.

#Note that you may also use the "Print Duplex" item on the File menu of
Acrobat Reader/Exchange to perform this action.
