A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement must be on file with Ingen Software before access to the CursesAPI source code is granted. This agreement is to ensure the confidentiality and safety of our technology, and to ensure that all involved parties understand exactly what may and may not be done with the source code.
If you desire a Full-Source code license, we will fax or mail the NDA to you. You should sign and date the NDA, as well as initial every page under the box tagged "Recipient". We will accept a fax to ship the software to you, but we must receive the originals within a reasonable period of time.
Non-Disclosure Agreements are not required for any license, except for the Full-Source Code license. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
