A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement must be on file with Ingen Software before access to the CursesAPI source code is granted. This agreement is to ensure the confidentiality and safety of our technology, and to ensure that all involved parties understand exactly what may and may not be done with the source code.
If you desire a Full-Source code license, please print and sign the agreement, and include it with your order and payment. The Non-Disclosure Agreement may not be faxed, we need the original copy with your signature.
Non-Disclosure Agreements are not required for any license, except for the Full-Source Code license. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
