The 'QuickNews' program can help you to get and manage quotes and news informations for
the special tickers of US shares from a Finance-WebServer. So you don't have to get them
by interactive actions in your browser, get them pushed by a channel (push channel) or get
email into your mailbox. These ticker symbols of US shares (e.g. AMGN = Amgen Corp.) are
called from the 'Get Quotes' server page.

The QuickNews program can do this for you compact with a tickerlist (saved in 't_list.txt') or just
some selected tickers. To get the whole list you have to check the 'get the complete tickerlist ?'
checkbox field. Then you should press the 'Get ...' button. After this action your system tries to
make an internet connection (if windows 95-internet-properties: automatic login/connect is active)

After these ticker files were called from the server, they are stored in '\ProgramDirectory\ticker\'.
So now you'll go OFFLINE (End of InternetConnect). The 'Recent News' are filtered to the right
list window (headlines). You can filter these news headlines on date or get them all listed.

Again now the reports of these headlines (please select some) can be called from the server by press-
ing the 'Get News ...' button. The called HTML files are stored in '\ProgramDir\news\'. Pressing the
buttons "View News", "Delete News", "DeleteAll" and "Print News" you can process these news
files very simple after your system is OFFLINE.

The list to manage the news and files is called: 'n_list.txt'. This newslist may only processed
in the QuickNews program.

ATTENTION: the newslist may not be processed e.g. with NOTEPAD !
