Moving Map version 2.0

This text file is provided as a quick and easy reference guide
for the keystroke and mouse commands available in Moving Map.
This information is also in the help documentation.

AS OF VERSION 2.0 SOME KEYSTROKE COMMANDS HAVE CHANGED!
PLEASE READ AND FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THESE NEW KEYSTROKES!



Keystroke		Action

Ctrl+Space		Hide/show Moving Map
Shift+Space		Toggle Moving Map keyboard mode on/off


The following keystrokes are only available if Moving Map is in
keyboard mode. To put Moving Map in keyboard mode, click on the
'KBD' indicator on Moving Map or press the Shift+Space key.

F1			Moving Map display
F2			Graph display

When in Map display

Z			Zoom in
Shift+Z			Zoom out
Ctrl+R			Reset zoom level
L			Load scenery data
C			Toggle compass rose on/off
G			Toggle grid display on/off
P			Toggle plotted path display on/off
A			Toggle AIRPORT display on/off
I			Toggle ILS display on/off
V			Toggle VOR display on/off
N			Toggle NDB display on/off
R			Toggle RUNWAY display on/off
O			Toggle OMI Marker display on/off
W			Object viewer

When in Graph display

A			ALT (Altitude) graph display
I			IAS (Indicated Air Speed) graph display
Ctrl+R			Reset graphs to zero



Mouse Commands

When in Map display

Left Click on an object:
Displays summary object information. This includes object Id, object name,
Distance to the object, Bearing to the object and Time estimation to the object.

Right Click on an object:
Displays detailed object information depending on what kind of object has been
selected.

Shift+Left Click on VOR:
Sets the NAV1 radio to this VOR's frequency

Shift+Right Click on VOR:
Sets the NAV2 radio to this VOR's frequency

Shift+Left Click on NDB:
Sets the ADF radio to this NDB's frequency

Shift+Left Click on ILS:
Sets the NAV1 radio to this ILS's frequency


When in Graph display

Left Click and drag (top left to bottom right):
Make a rectange using the left mouse button on any of the graphs and this will
zoom in on the that section of the graph. The rectange you make should start
from the top left corner and finish at the bottom right corner.

Left Click and drag (bottom right to top left):
Make a rectange using the left mouse button on any of the graphs starting from
the bottom right and going towards the top left corner to reset the zoom level
of the graph back to default.

Right Click and drag:
Hold down the right mouse button and move the mouse to pan the graph up, down,
left and right.
