Most of the tasks in a phase represent actions that must be taken, such as painting a wall. But you can also include other "tasks" solely to indicate (or celebrate) the beginning or end of a phase, such as start painting all rooms or finished painting all rooms. Milestones are tasks that require no actual work. They are interim goals that you can use to track the progress of your project.
