Whenever you change resource information in a project that shares a resource pool, you must update the pool
so that the latest information is available to all the other projects that share the pool.
To update information in a resource pool
Open the project that shares the resource pool.
On the Tools menu, point to Resources, and then click Update Resource Pool.
