Change the TeamInbox Password - for Workgroup Members

Workgroup members who communicate across an intranet or the World Wide Web send and receive workgroup messages in the TeamInbox.

To change the TeamInbox password for a workgroup member

1. Open your TeamInbox.
2. Click Change Password.
3. In the Old Password box, type your old password.
   If you’ve never entered a password in the TeamInbox, leave this box empty.
4. In the New Password box and the Confirm Password box, type your new password.
5. Click Go.
