Open the E-mail Inbox

If you use an e-mail system to send and receive workgroup messages, you’ll need to open your e-mail inbox before you can view and act on the workgroup messages you receive. For the most popular e-mail programs, the general process is as follows:

Start the e-mail program.
Click or double-click the inbox icon.
Double-click the message you want to view.
