Release Notes for the ProShare Financial Demo

1. This CD/ROM is designed to run on an Intel 486 DX2 processor
at 66 MHz or higher. It requires a minimum of 4 Mbytes of RAM
and at least a double spin CD/ROM. There must be a sound board
in the system.

2. To prepare your system, you must run the setup program on
this CD/ROM. It will copy a small number of DLL's and VBX's to
your Windows system directory. If you are not yet running Video
for Windows version 1.1e or later, you MUST upgrade to this version
in order for the video files to play properly. The VFW version 1.1e
runtime files can be found in the '\Runtime' directory on this CD/ROM.

2. Some systems have compatibility problems with palettes when
running in 256 color mode. There is a known problem with the
Diamond Viper Pro PCI boards and the Number 9 Hawkeye card on Dell systems.
If you encounter wierd colors, try running the system in 16-bit or 24-bit color.

3. If any of the applications fail to launch on this CD/ROM, it is
possible that the problem is that you don't have enough low DOS memory
(below 640 Kb). The CD/ROM requires approximately 500 Kb of low memory
in order to run some of the multimedia files.
