Binary files in the War Software Series

The "WAR FTP DAEMON", "WAR INSTALL SYSTEM" and "WAR FTP CLIENT" 
are trademarks of Jarle Aase.
The software is copyrighted and protected by international law.

The binaries is released as freeware under the conditions described
in the supplied user documentation. The main rule is that anyone
can use the software as they wish, except governmental institutions
(governmental agencies or departments, the military, the police etc.)
and mainstream political organizations or political parties in any country.

You do not need to register this software. There is no license fee.

The C++ source code for the War FTP Daemon v. 2. is released 
to the public under the following conditions:

1.You may not re-distribute this distribution, or any part of it, 
  in any way. That include making it available on Internet, 
  on WEB pages or FTP servers, on magnetic, optic or any other 
  medium, or by any other method of availibility or distribution. 
  
2.You agree that this source code, technology and methods, are the 
  sole property of Jarle (jgaa) Aase. 

3.You agree not to use this source code, its proprietary technology 
  or methods, in any way that conflict with the license agreement 
  of the War FTP Daemon. 

4.You are not emploeed by any governmental institution or agency, 
  the army or the police, or by any leading political organisations 
  in any country. 

5.You will not use this source code, technology or methods in any 
  way that can strengthen any of the organisations or forces in 
  the section above. 6.You will not use this source code, technology 
  or methods in conflict with basic human rights, or to limit the 
  freedom of thought and speech in any way. 

7.You may use this source code, technology or methods in conflict 
  with the local law if the local law conflicts with basic human 
  rights, the freedom of thought and speech, human dignity, your 
  religion or your sincere beliefs. 

8.You may not use this source code, technology or methods in any 
  commercial products, including shareware. 
  You may distribute compiled versions of the source code 
  as dll's or as part of .exe files, provided that the distribution 
  of the dll's or .exe files do not conflict with any of the sections 
  above, and that the dll's or .exe files are distributed as freeware, 
  with the clause that it is not to be used by any governmental, military 
  or mainstreem political organisations in any country. 

9.Universities and other civil educational instritutions can use this 
  source code, technology and methods as part of the education of their
