How do I start using Data Detective?

The Data Detective package consists of two seperate applications:

Data Detective Indexer, which builds index files based on the content of documents on your personal computer;
Data Detective Searcher, which lets you search through those indexes for particular words or phrases, and identifies the documents that match your search.

Getting started with Data Detective is fast and easy, because Data Detective was designed to be as interactive and intuitive as possible.
