The file "115Patch.exe" is a patch executable to update 4DPaint Version 1.13 to 1.15.
It both updates your '4D_Paint.exe' and supplies a new 'FourD.dlu' file.

This will update the version from the initial CD ROM and its only released revision.

1) Execute 115Patch.exe and you will be prompted for the directory containing your 4D Paint
executable (4D_Paint.exe) and for the 3DS MAX plugins directory.

2) 4D Paint uses a 'FourD.dlu' file which allows 4D Paint to transfer objects and materials seamlessly to and from MAX. This patch also creates a new subdirectory names 'DLU115' and places a new FourD.dlu file in it. If you are using 4D Paint with 3D Studio MAX you should copy this file 'FourD.dlu' from this directory in to your 3D Studio MAX plugins directory (or wherever you installed the original dlu). The latest version contains some improvements and is designed to work with 4D Paint 1.15.

If you are not using 4D Paint with 3D Studio MAX the dlu file is of no use.

Changes In Version 1.15

 - A potential bug in the Undo routine that could have caused crashes was fixed.

 - An bug that caused Texture Paint not to paint Opacity layers on some occasions was fixed.

 - The Mesh Overlay system in Bitmap Views has been fixed to work under Windows NT 4.0

 - .3ds files created using the Interchange file conversion system contain an unusual default material definition that could cause crashes on importing under previous versions. 1.15 solves this problem.
