Create Mail Folders to Organize E-mail |

There are some messages that youd like to keep. Instead of letting them clutter the Inbox, you can make them easier to find by storing them in folders you create. For example, you can store messages from and about conference vendors in a separate folder. Click Create Subfolder (File menu, Folder submenu) to create a mail folder.

Open a folder from the Outlook Bar   After you create a folder, click Folder List to display the folder list. Drag the folder to a group on the Outlook Bar to create a shortcut to the folder. |
