Write the Form Letter |

Start by writing the basic form letterthe generic text you want to send to each person on your mailing list. Dont include names and addresses, since theyll be inserted automatically from the mailing list. To write the letter, you can use the Letter Wizard or a letter template, or start from scratch. For more information, see Write a Business Letter.
Click Mail Merge (Tools menu) to start the Mail Merge Helper.
