Description: Debt Analyzer is designed to help people get out of debt
through the most efficient means possible. It calculates
three different payoff scenarios: highest rate, smallest
balance, and smallest (balance to monthly ratio). The user
can apply all three and see which one provides the best way
of getting out of debt while paying the least amount of interest
                in the shortest possible time.

How to Use: You must enter the name, balance, interest rate, and
minimum monthly payment for all your outstanding debts. You
also have the ability to put in a delayed start time for those
debts you are not currently making payments on such as those
"no payments till 98" deals on new cars.

You enter each debt information by right-mouse clicking in the
white space in the upper left of the main window. A menu will
pop-up and you can select "Add New Debt" to bring up a new
window where you will be able to enter the debt information.
You repeat the process until you have entered all of your debts.
If you make a mistake you can right-mouse click on the debt in
question and choose "edit" or "delete" from the menu.

After you have all the debt information entered, right-mouse
click in the white space in the upper left and select "Extra Money".
If you have any extra money left over at the end of the month
after paying bills and you want to use that to accelerate paying
you debts you would enter that amount here. If you have no extra
money then you can skip this step.
Finally, select one of the payoff priority methods and click on
the button in the upper right that says "calculate".
