____________
KNOWN ISSUES

1. NetCrypto Console Clients
It is strongly recommended that when installing the
console service the administrator test the functionality
using a single client workstation before "rolling out" the
client to multiple workstations. This is due to the
potential problem that may occur when a console server
cannot be found. The symptom will show itself as an
apparent web browser hang. This is due to the fact that
the client will continuously poll for the server looking
for a new configuration file. If this occurs the
work-around is to edit the winnt\system32\nc16\nc.ini file
and change the cache line to contain a value of "1". The
value of "1" will cause the client to poll on the following
    day.
NOTE: if the server is still not up this condition will repeat
itself. If the server is up you can cause the client to
poll again by changing the cache value to "-1".

2. On all versions of Windows NT, 16-bit applications
that use TCP/IP will not be encrypted.

3. On Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 95, applications
developed to use Winsock 2 are not encrypted.

____________
INSTALLATION

System file changes:
====================

NetCrypto will copy your original winsock.dll and
wsock32.dll files to new locations, and copy the

On Windows NT, a file called KERNEL33.DLL is installed
which will be used by a modified version of INFOCOMM.DLL
