New Features:

- No more 1000 surface per scene limit. ('k' users)

- There are now four requesters for displacement plug-ins in the objects panel. ('k' users)

- The inverse kinematics solver has been completely rewritten for greater
  speed and consistency.

New Plug-ins:

comment.p: works in conjunction with the vrmlout.p plug-in. It lets you embed links and other events to your vrml2 objects and scenes. It's use is covered in the file vrml2PI.txt.

Illust.p: Illustrator .eps loader for LW Modeler.

LazyGUI.p: A UI for the popular lazypoints plug-in.

NT_AVI.p: Ernie Wright's improved Newtek avi saver.

Seashell.p: Makes a seashell based on a spline in a b.g. layer.

Vrmlout.p: Allows Layout to export objects and scenes to the popular vrml2 format. It's use is covered in the file vrml2PI.txt.

Other Changes:

- Degree symbols have been added to the numeric labels of graphs displaying
  angular values.

Fixes:

- The graph editor's Create function was copying the current frame's spline
controls to the new key, which is inconsistent with the operation of the
layout window's Create Key. This no longer occurs (to copy spline
controls, Copy/Paste Keys should be used)

- There is now more contrast between wireframe previews and the b.g. making them easier to see.

- Layout no longer crashes when using an image sequence as a spherical reflection map and there isn't an appropriately numbered image for the current frame.
