SaveKey -> Branch


The SaveKey -> Branch subcommands in the Motion module allow you to create keyframe animation for the transformation of all objects forming a branch in a hierarchy. This allows you to choose the SaveKey command once instead of several times.

Refer to FcrvSelect -> Object for a description of the parameters.

For more information on creating keyframes, see the Creating Keyframes section of the Animating User's Guide.

Procedure

1. Select a frame using the time line pointer.

2. Select an object in a branch.

3. Transform the object as desired.

4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for all objects in the branch as desired.

5. Select the branch using the middle or right mouse button.

6. Choose a SaveKey -> Branch subcommand.

7. Repeat the above steps for each keyframe.
