FcrvEdit -> Slope Management
The FcrvEdit -> Slope Management command in the Motion module sets the relationship between the left and right slope of key points when the function curve interpolation mode is set to spline (the default). You can also perform this action by selecting the SLOPE option from the Fcurve window title bar.
Slope management can also be activated by using the s Supra key.
The mouse buttons are configured as follows:
- Left-click a key point to unify the two slopes, giving the smoothest transition at key points for any given position of the slopes.
- Middle-click a key point to break its two slopes, allowing you to control the tension on each slope separately.
- Right-click a key point to release the two slopes. Slopes are unified and their positions are recalculated to give the smoothest curve. Dotted lines identify when a slope is released. This is the default mode for the key points.
