1. Tips and Info on Mind (READ THIS!)

100% NO BACKDOORS. NO EXPLOITS, HOLES, OR LAMER EGO-CODE.
100% fresh, virus-free, rip-free, and gurenteed to werk.
100% by sage, no ripz, no hacks. don't even claim i ripped from yew :>
don't yew dare rip ma code. Bad things will happen to you.

   About Mind:
What Is Mind? "Mind is the acme of all mIRC scripts, and add-ons for Windows. Some may look
at it as a war script. And damn right, it is. Nothing better. With way over 100 kills,
hacks, collides, floods, exploits, bot/script/client attacks, etc., it is unbeatable.
   With it's MindClones, it's LagKillers, and it's user-linking Portal Clones, it's clones
are perfection. Yet, that is only the beginning of Mind. Mind will keep you protected.
With personal protection for CTCP, DESCRIBE, PRIVMSG, NOTICE, INVITE, DCC, and other
exploits, you are perfectly protected. With channel protection for PUBLIC, ACTION, NICK,
NOTICE, JOIN, TOPIC, NETHACK, and other exploits (lame/fake usernames/nicks, clones, etc.),
each totally confiruable and toggable, you and your channel is protected. With innovations
such as the Mind Hourly Review (review of events every hour), iRC Scheduler (scheduler DCC
sends, file runs, anything!), and such things as great aliases/popups to simplify iRC and
make common tasks even easier and complex tasks simple, Mind takes iRC to the next level.
But, yes, the Mind 187 (collection of war tools) is a major part of Mind, but a minor
part when compared to what else there is. With other features like an advanced XDCC
Offer/Manager, FileManager, Download Manager, Encryption, a powerful Friends list,
a spiteful ShitList, and AutoRevenge and AutoSPITE on Flood/DeOp/Kick. The list goes on.
Mind offers all this, and more. Sure, if you want to use Mind only has a war script, to
collide, flood, kill, hack whoever whenever with whatever, go ahead. But be wanred,
you will be missing out on everything it has to offer. Pure power. Pure knowledge. Mind."

"Achieving victory in every battle is not absolute perfection: neutralizing and
adversary's forces without battle is absolute perfection. By percieving the enemy
and perceiving ourselves, there will be no unforseen risk in any battle. i.e. know
thine enemy, know thyself.... "Those who weigh victory engage their people in
battle just as if they had released the floodgates on an extremely deep gorge - that
is control." --Sun Tzu [Ming Dynasty, circa 221 BC]

"Smoke 1.0 is a irc suite fashioned after this principle, it is the most powerful war package
available, it is also your best defense. Smoke is also the most professional system you will
find, no lame mixed case, no narcotic references, this is the system for the power user. So
if your goal is to enjoy irc and feel protected at the same time, you have a single choice
as a mirc user. Smoke 1.0. Enjoy, and be good to others, because if they have the knowledge,
then you are on equal playing fields. Maintain control, attain the knowledge." --Dog_Man

"Mind is the most powerful tool for IRC available. It helps take iRC to the next level...
Power is knowledge and mind is knowledge"

   Tips for Use:
o don't hack wit da script, it won't work.
o a couple timers are started and always on, leave them on.
o to keep mind running full speed/power, type /reset as many times per session as
possible. The /reset command cannot be used enough. The command is used to
reset, clean, and optimize all of Mind/mIRC.
o do NOT EVER run multiple copies of Mind (refered to as Mind Main Module). If you wish
to simply run multiple copies/spawned sessions of Mind, type: '/rawclones' to fire up
a special spawnable copy of Mind made especially for quick, multiple instances.
o do NOT EVER run another copy of mIRC or other mIRC DDE apps that make use of
Mind's multiple DDE server names. Such things as the Xenix bot do so, and can really
     wreck havok on Mind.
o How do I perform Mind 187 and other PopUps on people not in the same channels as me?
     Do a '/q nick' first.
   o Do I need Win32? What exactly is Win32? Win32 is true 32-bit Windows. Not Win32s on
Windows 3.x, not some emulator. So that leaves you with Windows 95 or Windows NT 3.51
or higher. The helpfiles, and all the programs are 32-bit.
o The Mind Settings are abled to be toggled ON/OFF. You can view the current toggles
settings via '/toggles' and you can set them via the 'Mind Menu | Mind 1.0.' Please
bw aware, though, that setting the toggles does not permanetely set the toggle. Everytime
you startup, shutdown, or reset, all toggles are set back to their default. You can
permantely make them ON or OFF by editing [normal] in Mind.ini and replacing the
commands prefix with a 'on or 'off.' Example: '/ctcpfloodproton' sets CTCP Flood Prot
ON, changing it to '/ctcpfloodprotoff' sets it to off. Future Mind versions should
fix upon this, until then it is MANDATORY to have a permanent refresh list.
o to signoff iRC, close mIRC, and shutdown use /shutdown. this resets and optimizes
Mind/mIRC, quits with a random quit msg from quits.txt, and closes mIRC.

   Popular Commands:
   /wall - WallOp /fk - FastKick
   /fkb - FastKickBan /kbi - KiCkBaNiGn0rE
/rnick - RandomNick /xr - Request Pack n from the last person who offered.
/pn - send a PrivNot /r - reply to the last person who privnot'ed you.
/opps - Opps! If you msg someone, then realize that msg was intended for someone else,
you can now fix your mistake! If i msg, say, TOM and I meant to msg BOB, I type
'/opps BOB' and I will automatically msg BOB what i meant to msg him, and
automatically msg TOM a quick msg saying 'Opps! That msg was not for you!.'
Quick, easy, fast, and cool. Note: only werks if the originial msg was done with
           '/m' !

   Information:
/stat - Stats - Displays cool stats about current session, ie deops, kicks, invites,
ctcps, pages, etc. per session, as well as signon time, time online, and more.
/whoami - WhoAmI - Displays info about you that Mind/mIRC has on you. Like localhost, IP
             local time, etc.
   /toggles - Toggles - Displays current value (ON/OFF) of Mind's different settings.
All Mind settings, current settings of flood prots, etc. are displayed.
/settings - Mind Settings - very important, displays current value of internal mind
settings, and the command to change the value.
   Also see - /mirc - /smoke - /mind - /greetz - /verinfo

   Redirection:
/slm - Say the Last Message you received to the current channel/query
/mlm - Message the Last Message you received to 'nick'
/elm - Echo the Last Message you received to yourself
/nlm - Notice the Last Message you received to 'nick'
/wlm - WallOp the Last Message you received
/tlm - Topic the Last Message you received
/klm - Kick 'nick' using the Last Message you received as the message
(In all cases, 'm' can be substituted for 'n' for Last Notice received.)
(Also, 'sn' or 'sm' can be substituted for 'm' for Last Message/Notice you Sent)
Example: /mln - Message Last Notice you received to 'nick'
/mlsm - Message 'nick' the Last Message you sent
Note: 'sm' and 'sn' only work if you msg/notice with /m and /n.

   Some Features:
o Mind Hourly Review - Every hour, a list is automatically scrolled by your screen
containing the events of that hour. such things as all the floods
you detected, if you were kicked, invited, deopped, or paged,
DCCed, etc. extremely useful and sleak, a truely innovative
 			  feature.
o Portals - diz be da shit. Now, with Mind's Portal Clones, you can "portal" together
with other users (your friends), to work together to do as your please.
What portals do, are link your MindClones and their MindClones together,
via your Portal Clone and their Portal Clone, letting you tell their
clones what to do, and vice versa. This effectively doubles your power,
and allows all-out attacks of as many users as you please. powerful, very.
                (Syntax: /portal <portal name> <command> <parms>). For example, if I portal up
with 'Dog_Man,' we can work together to combine our efforts to flood or
whatever. The possibilities are endless. ('/portal on' to launch Portal Clone,
                '/portalstart <nick>' to connect to <nick>)
o Mind iRC Scheduler - Mind takes innovation one step furthur, as it unleashes the iRC
Scheduler. With the scheduler, you can schedule automatic,
unatteneded, events. Including AutoSENDs of files via DCC,
joining channels, running programs, or any iRC command.
                           (Example: /scdcc 12:00 Dog_Man d:\misc\win95.zip - this would
send Dog_Man win95.zip at 12:00, along with a notice telling him
it's a scheduled AutoSEND.) Total perfection. Commands: '/schedule'
to see current scheduled events, or '/scheduler' for command info.
o Mind 187 - yer key to death of yer enemies. Mind 187 is *the most extensive* support
and collection of War tools in one single, easy-to-use, cool place.
187, or Murder Death Kill, is the name givin to these tools.
They are broken down into different sections, each working in unison to
provide serious death. They are Channel 187 (kills, floods, etc.), Bot
kills/hacks, Client Kills, Script Kills/Hacks/Backdoors, Floods, Collides,
flashes, DCC Killers/Bombs/AutoGET hacks, Tsumanies, Clones (Spies, LagKillers,
MindClones, Portal Clone, NetHack (TaKe0veR) Clones, and more), and MUCH more.
o Logging - Mind logs important events (Floods detected, you getting kicked, etc.) to
mindlog.log in the /Logs subdirectory. Records all details, and timestamps.
o AutoSPITE/YOU prot - Mind monitors KICKS/DEOPS against you, and prompts you with a menu
of QuickKEY choices to collide, flood, etc. the offendee.
Example, when you are kicked from #lamah by LamerMan, just hit
SHIFT-F7 to flood LamerMan. Or SHIFT-F9 to rejoin.
o AutoJOIN/Join control - Your AutoJOIN list is a list of channels, easily configured,
that you automatically join on connect. AutoJOIN also
uses QuickKEYS to automate joins. Example, whenever you are
invited to channel, just hit SHIFT-F1 to automatically join.
When you are kicked, hit SHIFT-F9 to rejoin. (info is given at
                              time of incident).
o Mind Away System - a pinnacle of perfection - the Mind away system includes:
automated aways, a configurable away message, a pager,
a message recorder, automatical notice on message/dcc that you
have been away since xx, and how to reach you (very smart --
only notices the person one time, then stops), multiple
away methods, away-flood prot, and more.
o Mind FileManager - The FileManager is a a unique and useful set of tools to provide you
with access to common file management commands, the DOS box, and your
downloads. You can type commands from mind, like /rn, /copy, /del, etc.
To perform them. You can also type /dos to shell to DOS. The Mind
Download Manager downloads all files into C:\Smoke\Downloads. From
there, you can /unzip the file (Mind will create a new directory
and unzip it all in there) or /delzips to delete all your downloads.
o mDCC - Mind DCC, a step up and a step forward in DCC. Say goodbye to mIRC's weak DCC
support, and welcome mDCC. mDCC is a feature of Mind containing numerous subsets,
including XDCC Offering/Sending, DCC Flood Prot, Advanced Low Level DCC Exploit
Scanning, and more. With Mind, Offering your favorite files is simple, yet
extremely powerful. Mind has a set limit of slots (usually 10), when the slots
are filled up, the request is put in a queue. The queue is then sent and given
a slot when there is room. mDCC XDCC Support also support AutoSEND, speed checking,
and simple setup of lists. DCC Flood Prot monitors DCC requests, and when a flood
is detected the user is AutoIGNOREd. Very smart, does not pick up on multiple sends.
Mind's more powerful mDCC feature, Advanced Low Level DCC Exploit Scanning, scans
the file names of DCC SENDs and denies and AutoIGNOREs offenders who DCC
bad files. Such files such as system devices (COM1, LPT, COM2, PRN, CMOS, etc.)
are detected. Also such things as particular AutoGET Bombs (nukers, killers,
Phoenix Kill, &rm, &kill, etc.) are scanned. Finally, bogus files such as CORE
            Dumps are scanned.

Flood Protection (the pinnacle of Mind's perfection):
Mind offers superior flood protection to rival that of the best client/script.
   Featured Protections:
   Personal Protection:
CTCP Flood Prot - superior detection of floods, then AutoIGNORE and AutoKICK on detection.
very smart and accurate, does not temp ignore after every CTCP like other
scripts. also features AutoRevenge on flood.
DCC Flood/Bomb Prot - protects againt DCC Bombs and floods, then on detection, AutoIGNORE
and AutoKICK. very smart, does not trigger on multiple sends.
also has Advanced Low-Level Scanning, where DCC AutoGET bombs
and other DCC Kills will be caught and the sender will be AutoIGNOREd
and AutoKICKed. Such attacks as system device send (COM1, LPT, etc.),
the Phoenix kill, the &rm and &kill kills, etc. are all scanned and
                         the matter is handled.
Message Flood Prot - protects against Message Floods, and AutoIGNOREs on flood. very smart,
                       won't trigger falsley.
ACTION/Describe Flood Prot - protects against personal floods of ACTIONS/Descrive.
Notice Flood Prot - protects against Notice Floods, and AutoIGNOREs on flood. very smart.
Invite Flood Prot - Scans and ignores Invite floods. AutoIGNOREs and AutoKICKs on flood.
Also scans and detects FakeInvites to nonexistant channels and 0.
Crap Flood - detects flood patterns such as Excess Bold, Excess Beep, and the Tsumani pattern.
  Channel Protection:
Channel Notice Flood prot - protects against notice floods to the channel and AutoIGNOREs.
Nick Flood Prot - AutoKICK of Nick Flooders.
Clone Detection - one of the first, and definately the best, Clone Detection ever. detects
mass joining of clones using host/port # and IP address, very smart.
AutoKICKs and Bans on clone detection.
Join/Part Flood Prot - Detects and AutoKICKs and Bans join/part floods. (Parting and Joining
a channel a whole bunch of times to try and disrupt it.)
Topic Flood Prot - Detects and AutoKICKs Topic Flooders, great for those with topic flood on,
or lame scripts that loop overa locked topic.
NetHack Prot - DeOps NetHackers on ServerOp.. leaves friends. defaults to off.
Note about all prots: On top of the possible AutoKICK/AutoIGNORE/Ban, some flood prots
also notice the flooder on flood. all of them log the event
and all details in mindlog.log, echo to the screen all details,
and add the event to the Hourly Review.
AutoRevenge - AutoRevenge is a setting, usually off, that automatically revenges on anyone
who floods you. On top of Ignoring, Kicking, and Banning, AutoRevenge also
               flashes and floods the offender.

Mind Clones/Bots:
RawClones - spawned sessions (use instead of multiple Mind's)
LagKillers - multiple-server multiple-clone lag kill clones (with AutoKILL !!)
WatcherBot - watcher for the lag killers
NetHack Clones (TaKe0veR Clones) - hack in and take ops, mass kick, etc.
Portal Clone - used to link user-to-user war-confrences of your clones-to-theres.
SpyBot - spies on remote channels and relays information to session channel.

Setting Up Mind:
 o Type '/settings'
o You will see a list of values
o Edit and set ALL OF THEM. (MAKE SURE TO DO THIS!!!!)
 o Tpye '/toggles'
o Look at the given toggle (ON/OFF)
o If for some reason you want something toggled, use the Mind Menu and select Mind 1.0 from
     the very top.
o To permantely set the default, edit Mind.ini and edit the [normal] section. change the
/*on to /*off or vice versa, to set the default value.

More Notes:
What's Coming up Next? :>
o A scheduled maintence release, 1.1, is planned for shortly after 1.0's release.
It will include updates and fixes, as well as extensive support and makeover of
Mind's Clones/Bots. Plus the adding of the Mind Lurk Clones and the new-Mind Hit List.
Also AutoVOICE, and multiple +flags for friend/shit, etc. user ideas will also be looked at.
I also plan on adding support so you can change the permanent [normal] settings without
editing Mind.ini manually. Other small fixes will be available, too. Also plan on more 187.
This will be available in Smoke 1.1 by DrBardo and sage, coming soon.
Bugs? Problems? Ack! Where? :>
o mIRC is buggy as a dead pig in the hot sun. (and the event handling blows). So...
Clone Detect is broken among multiple channels. If a user joins multiple channels you are
in all at once, Clone Detection may be set off. No way around this, although it only
happens very rarely. You can avoid all other problems/errors by running /reset as often as
    possible.
