Customer Support Policies

This page outlines the Customer Support Policies for Free Agent 1.0 and Agent .99. Forté offers direct technical support via email to all Agent .99 customers. To contact a member of the Agent Support Team, please post your question by choosing Post | Support Question from the Agent menu. Please note: Forté does not offer direct telephone support to individual Agent .99 customers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer technical support via email to our freeware users. However, we will continue to update our Web pages with the latest technical support information. Free Agent users may also post their questions in the newsgroups monitored by the Agent Support Team.

FREE AGENT
We regret that we will be unable to provide individual customer support to all of our Free Agent customers. Our support staff will continue to monitor the following newsgroups where Free Agent users post their questions and comments:

We will also continue to update our Technical Support page with the latest technical information, including Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQ), information about known bugs, most-requested enhancements, etc.

AGENT .99
Customer support will be provided to Agent .99 customers until 90 days after the release of Agent 1.0. The Agent Support Team offers direct customer support via email. Please note: Forté does not provide telephone support to individual Agent customers. All members of the Agent Support Team will continue to work with the Agent Development Team to provide you with the highest level of customer support available.

To send email to the Agent Support Team, please post your question by choosing Post | Support Question from the Agent menu.

In addition, Agent .99 customers can also use the Technical Support page, which will contain information on Agent-specific topics. This will allow you to solve many of your problems without even talking to our Support Team.

Please refer to your contract, or contact your Forté sales representative for the terms and conditions of your customer support agreement. To facilitate a quick response please have your Site Registration Number available.
