Destination Id-  This is the General Motors Destination Id which is 
		 located in the 8th field of the ISA record or the 
		 second field of the CISCO record.  This field must
		 must match the appropriate position on the input
		 file to the SET_HDR program.               
		 
*FLD01
Source Network Code-
	     The source code will represent the terminal or device
	     location from where the transmission originated and must
	     be inserted by the originator. The code will be obtained
	     from the GM Communications Section of GM Information
	     Systems and Communications Activity.

	     Note:  This is your EDS*ELITE (GM NET) User Id.

*FLD02
Priority Code-
	     The priority code will represent the relative degree
	     of importance to be associated with the processing of
	     the transmission and must be inserted by the sender.
	     The codes assigned to date are as follows:
		  R - Rush.
		  Any other code is considered Normal, including blank.
	     This code is intended for consideration by switching locations.
*FLD03
Billing Type-
	     The billing type will represent the method of billing to be
	     applied by a message switcher in the accounting required to
	     handle the transmission and must be inserted by the source of
	     the message. The following codes will be used:
		      D-Dictation
		      X-Extra Cost
		      C-Collect
		      T-Tape Relay
		      W-GM Comminications define
		  Blank - Blank or any other character defaults to flat rate.
	     Message switchers may further define the implications of these
	     codes to their transmitting customers.
*FLD04
Billing Location Code-
	     The billing location code will represent the accounting
	     area to be charged, by the message switcher, for the
	     processing of the message. The code must be inserted by
	     the source of the message. This code may be obtained from
	     the Comminications Section of GM Information Systems and
	     Communications Activity.
*FLD05
Format Code-
	     Use format code 02.
	     
	     Other possible values.

	     00 - Special agreement exists between source and destination
		  in the use of the data to follow.
	     02 - Fixed length record blocking.
	     03 - Variable block length and variable record length.
	     05 - To be used for teletype data in character stream.
	     06 - Each logical record is preceded by a 2 byte binary field
		  which contains record length.
	     12 - This format is a special data compaction routine for
		  compacting format code 02 data.
	     16 - This format has the same characteristics as format 06
		  but has been through a data compaction routine.

*FLD06
Record Length -
	      Is the physical size of each record communicated to GM.
	      The record size should match the size of your record
	      definition in your CLEO configuration file. a record size of
	      0100 is recomended.
*FLD08
Filename -
	     Is the unique filename used to define the type of data being
	     transmitted.
	     PARTSSHTPD is used for Advanced ship notices.

*FLD09
Aplication Control Reference- Used to identify unique data file when 
			      more than one file is sent with the same
			      name.

*FLD10
Operating System Info-  Informational for defining the destination
			systems operating system.  Only current
			valid code is 0.

*FLD11
Destination Network Code-
	    The 3 digit GM Network Code for the document receiver.

*FLD12
Variable Destination-
	    The variable destination location address information.
	    This field is optional.  It is used to amplify the
	    the location of the destination. Primarily used for
	    teletype messages.
*FLD13
Next Location Code-  This value should always be BDS.
		     This is used in the Trailer.
*FLD14
Password-     Your current GM Network password.

*FLD15
NewPassword-  New password to the GM Network.

*FLD16
Time Zone Code-
	     E - Eaetern Standard Time
	     C - Central Standard Time
	     R - Rocky Mountain Time
	     W - West Cost Time
