1.	Addition of 4 New Time Services

We have added the following time services, creating a total
of 20 different time services worldwide.

Belgium - Royal Observatory of Belgium (Brussels)
Netherlands - Dutch Measuring Institute (Delft)
Mexico - National Center for Metrology
Brazil - ONRJ (Rio de Janeiro)

2.	Synchronization with Canadian time service

To properly synchronize with either of the Canadian time
services, your modem must be able to support 300BPS. The
Canadian services can only be dialed using 300BPS. Some
modems higher than 14.4BPS cannot support this format and
will not be able to properly synchronize with the Canadian
Time Services. If you are located in Canada and experience
this problem with your modem, we suggest you dial either
the Boulder, CO or Washington DC number to synchronize
 Atomic Clock.

3.	Automated Synchronizations and screen savers

If you have a screen saver implemented within Windows and
set up Atomic Clock to perform an Automated Modem
Synchronization, the scheduled event may not properly
execute if your screen saver is active during the time the
event is supposed to take place. This is because Atomic
Clock cannot override a screen saver. As a workaround, if
you prefer to have automated events occur while you are not
using your PC, turn off your screen saver.
