Thank you for ordering the Pie 3D Game Creation System. Our testers
have reported some info that arrived too late to be put into the manual.

1.) Unfortunately, we couldn't use our fancy demos because some
changes in the GCS program that occurred relatively recently made our
demos not readable with the new version. The XMAS demo is incomplete,
but you can see how nice an outdoor scenario can look, and you can
see how we customized the ememies, and a weapon. Also, the Level3
may have too much artwork in them, so you may get a critical
error if you have less that 610k available DOS ram when you try it out.

2.) When matching palettes for the weapons, some of the areas that were
supposed to merely dark got set to totally black. This makes 'holes'
appear in the weapons. It would be easy to change those black pixels
to almost black pixels in the sg*.vgr files in the $rp9a/weap_def
directory.

3.) When modifying animated objects, NEVER say yes the to the
set-position question unless you are going to reset every single position
of the animation. You can, however, modify your animation pictures and
commands without trouble.

Thank you very much for your order, and we look forward to a
continuing relationship with you. If you have trouble with the GCS,
please call our BBS, (716)425-2962, Fax, (716)-425-8842, or our
busy voice line (716)425-8782. Also you can email us at:
