1.  Installation

Please refer to the manual.

It is useless to uninstall a previous version before installing 
this one.  It can even be a bad idea if you delete user 
dictionaries that will be upward-compatible with this version.

Be sure to click on the Help button in the installation program.
If you select an option, make sure you click on the button, 
if present, that is on the line of the selected option;
the parameters you will supply are essential.


2.  Documentation

In your Program Manager's Hugo group, double-click on the Read Me icon.

Word 6 users should also double-click on the "?" in the Hugo 
group that is marked "Hugo + Word 6".


3.  The demo texts are:

4.  Technical support

4a.  The phone numbers for technical support are to be found in 
the final appendix of the manual (fax no. and answering machine).

4b.  Users of previous versions should mention the registration 
number they received with their first version of Hugo.

New clients are asked to fax or mail their registration card.  
For urgent problems, please fax; if you have sent in your 
registration only recently, please fax the card stub to the 
attention of technical support, along with a description of the 
problem. 

4c.  Clients will be contacted within 48 hours, except in extraordinary 
circumstances; priority will be assigned on a "first come, first 
served" basis.

4d.  Our offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern time.
