whether there are any .KEY files that do not have matching .MBG files.
If there are, restore these two files from your previous backup. Check

through all of his or her mail headers and determine which ones are still
valid for the current state of the mail system.

you are trying to read is either missing or corrupted. Ask the sender to
send the message again. Delete the mail header with the Delete command.

Error reading network names.
The Mail program was unable to open the file of network names
(NETWORK.GLB), or there is insufficient memory.
If this error was proceeded by an "out of memory" error message, the
machine you are using does not have sufficient memory to run Microsoft
Mail. Use the MS-DOS chkdsk command to see how much free RAM is available.
If this value is less than 100,000 bytes, your machine needs more memory
   to run Mail.
If you did not see an "out of memory" message prior to this message, quit
the Mail program and try starting it again. It is possible there was
contention for the network name file. If this does not solve the problem,
   contact your administrator.
Administrator: Check the data files drive to see whether the file
NETWORK.GLB is present. If this file is missing, you will have to restore
a backup of the mail system to recover the lost network names. The other
alternative is to rebuild the network/post-office data files manually.

   administrator.

run the Mail program. Then check that there is still a connection to the
   server on the users workstation.
For Novell users, check that the user has sufficient rights to access the
server. For more information on user rights, see Chapter 2, "Preparing to
Use Mail on the Network." If the error occurs when the user is viewing a
graphics file that was created on a computer with a higher resolution
screen than the one being used to view the file and there is insufficient
memory to run the image conversion utility, rename PIVIEW.EXE file to
   SPWNVIEW.EXE. Then copy VIEW.EXE to PIVIEW.EXE.

More mail at Postoffice than displayed.
There is more mail at your postoffice than the Mail program is configured

the Options Configure Headers command and increase your configured maximum
number of headers for display. Then choose the Update command from the
main menu to update your list of mail headers. However, increasing the
