The directories "simple" and "derived" contain two samples that illustrate
use of the C++ language bindings. Derived also illustrates use of derived
metaclasses. Make sure that C++ bindings for SOM's primitive classes have
been generated using somxh, and then:

	nmakee -fmakefile.msc all
