Configuring Organizer for Multiple Domain Microsoft LAN Manager Networks
=========================================================================
In order for Organizer users to obtain free/busy time for users on file
servers in different LAN Manager domains and for a scheduling agent to
deliver meeting notices across domains:

1) Create guest user accounts with the same user name and password
   in each Domain for each file server. For example, the guest user
   accounts on file server Bert in domain Ernie and on file server Gidney
   in domain Cloyd must each have the guest user account ORGACCT with
   password abcd. See Lotus Organizer Administrator's Guide, Chapter 3,
   "Specifying File Server Information" for details on how to grant
   access rights to the guest user account.

2) Using the Organizer Administration Program, create an entry for each
   file server supplying the identical login information for each guest
   user account regardless of domain.
a) Choose Create - File Server.
b) Enter the name of the remote file server in the Server name
   information box.
c) Enter the guest user account name for this file server in the
   User name information box.
d) Enter the password for the guest user account on this file server
   in the Password information box.
e) Click OK.

You can set up your LAN Manager network with either SHARE or
USER level security.

MaxNotices= Speeds Up Screen Refresh of the Meeting Notices Dialog Box
======================================================================
For group scheduling installations, the MaxNotices entry in the [Scheduling]
section of the ORG2.INI file (located in the Windows program directory
on your local drive) controls the number of meeting notices loaded into
the Meeting Notices dialog box with each screen refresh. By default
MaxNotices is 32. Lowering the MaxNotices entry reduces the number of
meeting notices loaded per screen refresh thereby shortening the load time.
For example, a user on a 386 machine who has received 85 meeting notices
while out of the office may see improved performance of the Meeting
Notices dialog box by setting MaxNotices=15.

To change the MaxNotices value in ORG2.INI:

1) Launch the Windows Notepad accessory.
2)  Choose File - Open.
3)  Type ORG2.INI.
4) Add the following entry to the last line of the [Scheduling] section:
MaxNotices=15
5)  Choose File - Save.
6)  Choose File - Exit.

This change will take effect when Organizer is restarted.

Calendar Section Supports Three Included Calendar Sections
===========================================================
For group scheduling users, the Organizer Calendar section
supports only three included Calendar sections (in addition to your
default Calendar). Do not include more than three additional calendar
sections for group scheduling users.

Specify a Range When Printing the Calls List Layout
===================================================
To print all entries in the Calls List layout, specify the complete
Range (both From and To). For example, to print the complete Calls List
where the first call record is Mary Aardvark and the last record is
John Zebra:

1) Go to the Calls Section.
2) Select File - Print.
3) Select Calls from the Section drop down box.
4) Select Calls List from the Layout drop down box.
5) Click From and type Aardvark.
6) In the To box, type Zebra.
7) Click OK.
